我們相信行政工作並不只是一張清單，當中如果能夠以專業的態度及知識處理事務，與各方溝通，才能夠真正幫助學校、家長及學生。我們把行政工作放置於融合音樂教育與藝術行政的領域，以此視野吸納人才。我們的模式及成果獲得學院及學校認同，更獲邀成為是香港城巿大學中國文化及歷史系及德望學校的學生實習計劃的伙伴，致力為業界培訓人才。
We don’t treat our administrative work as a task list only. We emphasize on professional manner and knowledge when we are responding to the needs of schools, parents and students. We see our administrative work under a cross-disciplinary framework of music education and art administration, and form our team under this vision. This work model has gained recognition and support from institutes including the City University of Hong Kong and Good Hope School, which invited us to be their internship partner.
